Show keeps kids moving in holidays

SCHOOL holiday fun has arrived at Tweed City.

Kids of all ages gathered in the Coles forecourt yesterday for the first day of Tweed City's two-week free entertainment program.

The excited audience showed off their dance moves with lots of enthusiasm during the Move It show.

Move It is a high-energy interactive dance show which promises to amaze and entertain kids with performances by professional dancers.

Tweed children have the chance to learn basic dance moves and enjoy a fun and energetic experience out of the rain.

Move It dance shows will be held twice daily at 11am and 1pm.

The final performance will take place this Saturday.

But don't worry, that's just the beginning really. The following Monday, January 17 young Tweed artists can take advantage of a craft village inside Tweed City.

Children can create their own masterpieces as part of the second week of free school holiday entertainment.

The craft activity centre will be open from 11am to 2pm daily, outside Wombat, until Saturday, January 22.
