Tweed man dies at boat harbour
[BREAKING NEWS]: POLICE are investigating the death of a man at Jack Evans Boat Harbour this morning.
Emergency services were called to the popular Tweed Heads swimming area about 6.30am after reports of a body floating face down in the water.
The 75-year-old Tweed Heads man was pulled from the water and paramedics attempted to revive him, but he died at the scene.
Police are not treating the death as suspicious and do not believe the man was in the area to attend Wintersun.
