Tweed house up for grabs
PROPERTY investors on the Tweed and southern Gold Coasts could be in the running to win a $500,000 prize home as part of a campaign launched by new Coolangatta property management company InvestRent.
A new three-bedroom townhouse in Margaret St, Tweed Heads, will be given away to someone with an existing investment property located between Palm Beach and Pottsville and through to Murwillumbah, who transfers the management of their property to InvestRent, which opened its doors in April.
The prize will be drawn once 1000 members sign up.
“It’s unique and no one else is doing it this way,” director Sharon Styman said.
“It’s an exclamation mark to say ‘Hey, come over to us and look what can happen for you’.”
The “wow factor” is part of what Ms Styman, who has a background in business management and coaching, managing director Mark Stapleton, who owned Coastline Building Certification Group for nearly 20 years, and director Peter Ross, an expert in property investing and developing, are utilising to separate themselves from the competition.
Mr Ross said the home giveaway was just one aspect of how the company, which is entirely focussed on property management with no sales attached, could offer superior service.
“We’ve talked about what we can do more for our owners in three months than others have done in a long time and we wanted to give members an incentive to come onboard,” he said.
Mr Stapleton said the decision to set the boundaries for the home giveaway were designed to look after the Tweed.
“We know a lot of people in the district and our prize is basically to give something back to the community as well,” he said.
There’s no cost to switch property management to InvestRent, which aims to become a leader in property management nationwide.
“You’ve got nothing to lose. You’re going to get better service than you’re getting, it costs the same and you’ve a chance to change your life effectively,” Mr Ross said.
