ONE of the brothers who died in a fiery crash when the $200,000 supercar in which he was travelling lost control and flipped on Saturday morning was fighting two separate AVOs and an assault charge while the other had a record for drug possession.

Jeff and Steve Nasr were killed instantly in the inferno, along with 22-year-old northern beaches hairdresser Bree Keller, who did not even know the men, while father of four Joseph Bagala was dragged from a passenger seat and remains in St Vincent's Hospital.

Yesterday it emerged that police had applied for AVOs to protect two separate women from 39-year-old Jeff Nasr.

Bree Keller, 22, died in the CBD fireball last weekend, along with two men. A third man was pulled from the wreck and is recovering in hospital.

A hearing was set aside for November 13 for one of the AVO applications. The Wiley Park construction worker had also been on bail before the time of the crash for the charges of common assault and destroying property.
