Two for Inu as Bulldogs win

WINGER Krisnan Inu had a debut to remember for the Bulldogs last night, scoring a try in each half as Canterbury scored an impressive 30-12 victory over the Sydney Roosters at Allianz Stadium.

Jonathan Wright also touched down twice, while Frank Pritchard benefited from some Inu magic following a Chris Keating bomb after the Kiwi flicked a pass inside found him and he dived over.

David Stagg also scored following Josh Reynolds' grubber kick before Wright rounded off the night with a length-of-the-field try.

It looked good for the Roosters when Mitchell Pearce opened the scoring following poor Bulldogs defence.

And they looked to be in control after Anthony Minichiello went over but Wright's try on the stroke of half-time to make it 14-12 to the Dog's, gave Canterbury renewed hope.

And Des Hasler's men pulled away in the second half.

The score could have been closer if it hadn't been for two try-saving tackles from Bulldogs fullback Ben Barba.
