Tyalgum puts on a spectacular show
SATURDAY night's Tyalgum show proved why the ballroom dance and opera singing extravaganza gains more popularity every year.
The 2015 Tyalgum Dance Spectacular was sold-out with standing spots also filled.

Julie Lanyon from Lillian Rock near Kyogle said the show was better than anything she'd ever seen in a capital.
"I think it was fantastic, it's one of the best shows I've seen," Ms Lanyon said.

"I don't think you would get better than this in any city," she said.
Her sentiment was echoed by host for the evening, Dancing With The Stars judge Mark Wilson, who said the hall should be extended to fill in more seats.

Three of Australia's very best Ballroom, Latin and New Vogue dance couples wowed audiences.
2015 World Dance Council Professional Championship winners Rhett and Emma Salmon from Tweed had the audience mesmerised with breathtaking waltz to Chopin.

The New Vogue bracket was presented with precision by undefeated Australian champions Jarrod and Jayne Dawson.
Latin show dance champions Justin and Amy Sharrock from Rockhampton presented an upbeat hip hop crowd pleaser in the Latin bracket.
The Queensland Music Conservatorium's operatic soprano Petah Chapman provided interludes. She received a standing ovation.
