Who will it be? GC2018 ambassador to be named today

THE first official Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (GC2018) ambassador is set to be revealed today (Tuesday) at the GC2018 Countdown Clock at the beach end of Cavill Avenue in Surfers Paradise.
The ambassador, said to be a high profile sporting figure, will assist the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation (GOLDOC) in promoting the Games, Queensland and the region to the world.
The mystery GC2018 ambassador will be revealed on-stage through a question and answer session with champion swimmer Brooke Hanson OAM.
The ambassador will be revealed at 12.30pm.
GC2018 is less than two years away, with competition set to start from April 4, 2018.
