William, Kate and maybe little George to visit Australia

THE Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will visit Australia and New Zealand next April, Kensington Palace confirmed today.

And Australians may get their their first glimpse of tiny Prince George on the visit.

No final decision has been made on whether the baby prince will tour with his parents, but Prince William and Kate are said to be reluctant to leave him at home on such a long trip.

The tour will begin in New Zealand, where they are expected to spend 10 days, before moving on to Australia for a similar length of time.

Prince William first visited Australia when he was just nine months old, on Prince Charles and Diana's 1983 tour. Prince George will be nine moths old in April,

It will be the first time the Duchess has visited either New Zealand or Australia, apart from when she touched down in Brisbane last year to change flights as the couple made their way home from their tour of the Far East.
