Woman burned by steam from car radiator at Uki

A BURN victim has been transported to hospital after she suffered burns to her back.
Westpac Life Saver Helicopter was tasked to the scene after the victim was burnt by steam from a car radiator.
"The Helicopter's medical retrieval doctor examined the burns and decided the patient did not require rapid transfer," a spokeswoman said.
The patient was transported by road to Tweed Heads Hospital.
