Woman hurt in crash

A WOMAN has been flown to Lismore Base Hospital after being injured in a crash on the Pacific Highway south of Ulmarra.

The woman was reportedly thrown from the vehicle when it rolled after veering into a paddock shortly after 5am.

The crash forced the closure of the highway for a short time while the Westpac Life Saver Helicopter landed to pick up the woman and fly her to Lismore.

The woman was reportedly in a stable condition.
